Our aim is to have high standards for our cuisine and serve you well. The meals at the lodge will reflect on the good local produce we have. The Chef aims to serve what the season brings us, in his style of freshly prepared Icelandic cuisine, that includes Atlantic fish and seafood, all naturally grown lamb, beef and games. Vegetables from the fields and the greenhouses. And local dairy to mention some.
