The Chef aims to serve what the season brings us, in his style of freshly prepared Icelandic cuisine, that includes Atlantic fish and seafood, naturally grown lamb, beef and game, vegetables from the fields and greenhouses and local dairy produce.

Afternoon: Cake or local pastry
Dinner: 3 course mouth watering chef menu
